The property is also on the coastal path with local walks to Axmouth via the harbour, or over the cliffs to Beer, Branscombe or Lyme Regis for the more adventurous.

The property has the added benefit of a parking permit in a nearby long stay car park which can also be used in other East Devon long stay car parks should you wish to visit other towns in the area.
